*Knowledge and satsang are like taking a shower in the evening after working hard all day, so refreshing. By singing a few uplifting spiritual and cultural songs, and sharing common-sense wisdom we celebrate the end of each day, and prepare for welcoming the next day with more energy, interest, and enthusiasm. This practice helps us live each day with more positive energy and attitude, and it improves our efficiency and productivity. The common-sense wisdom also helps us deal with the daily stressful situations skillfully and in a positive manner.
